AOH currently accepts initial program inquiries by email. Contact our team to discuss your interests or institutional requirements and receive guidance on the appropriate application process. Sending an inquiry does not constitute a completed application or guarantee program participation. Do not send sensitive personal documents until a secure submission process has been confirmed.
Individual participant inquiry
Interested in an international learning experience? Start by telling us a little about yourself and what you hope to explore.
Your initial email should include:
- Your full name and country of residence.
- Your preferred destination.
- The program or experience that interests you.
- Your preferred dates or approximate availability.
- A short explanation of your interests and learning objectives.
After reviewing your inquiry, AOH will contact you to discuss possible opportunities and explain the applicable application process.
Individual Program InquiryGroup or institutional inquiry
Universities, colleges and other organizations interested in customized international learning experiences can begin by introducing their institution and program objectives.
Your initial email should include:
- Institution or organization name.
- Contact person's name and position.
- Approximate group size and participant profile.
- Academic or learning objectives.
- Preferred destinations.
- Proposed dates or planning window.
- Any special program requirements.
AOH will review your inquiry and contact you to discuss feasibility, local arrangements and the next steps toward developing a program proposal.
